Our Story
Owning and operating a Bed & Breakfast in my local town was always a dream of mine and when the perfect house, in the perfect location presented itself, I jumped at the chance to fulfil that dream.
Caravogue House is based on my experience working in the hospitality industry and based on where I would like to stay, along with my expectations. Given the fact that I have never gone camping in my entire life, I have been told I have very high expectations when staying away from home!
I especially think it is the little things, the thoughtful things, that show attention to detail, that are important! For example, having the right toiletries in guestrooms, including a high-quality hair conditioner. I love staying somewhere that offers slippers and a cozy bathrobe, Last year, whilst visiting Lisbon, I had a Nespresso machine in my room. I was blown away and loved waking up knowing I could have a cafe quality coffee before leaving my room. All these little extras are the norm at Caravogue House, and I truly hope our guests enjoy the little luxuries but very essential amenities.

To offer a healthy breakfast that is fresh, home-cooked, locally sourced and ensuring our guests are spoiled with choice. We want our guests to enjoy Caravogue, their room and public areas. A modern twist to the Irish "have a cup of tea", a selection of coffees is available, encouraging guests to come for the chat. It is our mission to ensure that guests love their stay at Caravogue, recommend us to family and friends and return to us many, many times.
We promise to consistently ask for feedback and listen to our guests. If we can improve, then we will. We want all our guests, both Irish and international to understand that luxury is the center of what we do. We want our guests to become our friends, have an awesome stay with us, create amazing memories, keep in touch and always come back to us.
About Caravogue House
The decor of Caravogue was designed with our guests in mind, our guestrooms spacious, all en-suite with power showers, with a choice of deluxe single, double, twin, triple or family rooms. The spacious public areas are decorated in fresh and sometimes bold colours that enable guests to feel at home and relaxed. A book exchange library is available for book lovers
Spacious Areas
The drawing room is designed with soft, comfortable seating and vibrant colours with a 52" Smart TV offering all sporting channels. An open fire only adds to the atmosphere. The bright and inviting dining area is always open, with tea & coffee available at all times. The perfect location for business or leisure.
Breakfast at Caravogue House B&B
Breakfast is included in our rates, however a room only rate is always available.
Great pride is taken in our breakfast preparation, ensuring local and healthy produce is used and cooked to perfection. The continental buffet selection consists of healthy and indulgent choices, along with a full Irish breakfast. A delectable menu is available that will make you want to return again and again. Breakfast is not complete without a little treat and Caravogue House cookies are delicious.
Given the spacious and airy surroundings, Caravogue is very popular for private meetings and available to rent, offering complete privacy and exclusivity.
The property is available for exclusive use with a minimum of 14 guests and can cater for up to 20 guests.
Whatever your reason to stay in Trim; weddings, events, business, midweek or a weekend staycation, it is clear from arrival, why they have quickly built a reputation of offering guests a memorable stay.
